Won't a humidifier cause you to lose air flow/pressure?

Won't a humidifier cause you to lose air flow/pressure?

Aprilaire 500A Automatic House Humidifier - Filters America



If I connect the supply and return plenums as specified above, won't my air just circulate in my furnace room and not heat my home?

There is only a small amount of air returned thru the humidifier.
It won't affect the heating of the house.
