Correct Solenoid Orifice Color for Lennox WB2-12 and WB2-17 Humidifiers

Thought the solenoid valve was bad, but I'm thinking it is just the orifice. One orifice is white, the other is red. I'm only seeing yellow and white available on-line. Does the color of the orifice have anything to do with flow rate? If I can't find the red orifice, what color should I get (if color determines flow rate)

The correct water flow is determined by an orifice in each unit. When the unit is operating, there will be a small, steady stream of water to drain, which flushes away most of the trouble-causing minerals.

I have never had to replace an orifice in a humidifier before. They do not go bad. You take it out, clean it and out it back in. I have no idea what color is supposed to be in it as I've never had to mess with exchanging one.

If your calls for a red one...... this would be it.......
