Aprilaire 500A Install Complete

PJMAX if you are out there thanks for uploading the wiring diagram in the forum post below. The install took a number of hours and by the time I got to wiring I was zapped. I had a 50VA transformer in my furnace and wanted to use it vs the provided transformer. It helped confirm what I was thinking I could do.

Wiring humidifier directly to furnace board

The only thing I have left is to move the controller to the manufactures recommended location (6" upstream), I put it on the opposing side of the humidifier for ease of viewing, but I based off my measurements around the house it's reading a fair bit off. For fun a few pics of the finished install. Not as clean as a pro, but all in was about $300 and 8? hours of time. $150 for the humidifier and $150 for parts and tools. I can tell you: I do not envy HVAC installers, you guys can put in the next one.
