Frigidaire dehumidifier not collecting any water

It's 2 years old unit.
model is FFDA3033R10

In the morning, it was running about 40 mins and stopped, showing me F0 error. No water collected at all.

Currently, it is 80 degree and 55% humidity.

I did search and called customer service, but no luck so far.

It starts, compressor runs, i can hear the sound. The compressor is getting very hot.
iced around side L shape coil whenever compressor kicks on. The evaporator?!, the one that is front of the rear filter on back side, there is a lot of U shape coil and only bottom 2 of them gets iced and all other U shape coils get little cold, but no ice on it. Is it supposed to be iced on U shape coils?

Anyone have idea?

thanks

The coil closest to the front of the unit and usually right behind the filter is the cold evaporator.
If it's partially icing up...... your dehumidifier is low on refrigerant.
Double check the filter is clean. If it is.... check on your warranty for repair or replacement.

No. If it's low..... there is a leak. Leaks are usually not repairable.
