Best way to remove condensate from various sources?

I have a home on a crawl space. The HVAC (in the crawlspace) has a 3/4" PVC through the concrete block to drain outside by gravity. Years ago I plumbed a first floor dehumidifier into this line to use the same exit from the crawl space (I know, lot's of potential issues). I've now added an AprilAire dehumidifier in the crawlspace (it has a pump installed).

I would like to have just one exit line from the crawlspace for all three condensate sources.. What would be good way to do that?

You could upsize the pipe to maybe 1" but it wouldn't be a requirement.
One problem is freezing. I think you're in a freeze zone.
Is there any water in that line during the winter ?

A 3/4" line can handle a lot of condensate water but it needs to be cleaned annually.
A 50-50 mixture of bleach and warm water from the furthest point will flush it out.

I'm worried if I plumb all three sources into the same outlet, it could back flow into the other devices (HVAC my biggest concern) if there was a flow issue, particularly since the crawl space dehumidifier has it's own internal pump..

I assume there are anti-backflow valves but do they work well with a gravity feed line?
