Aprilaire800 Won't Stop Producing Steam
My unit is producing steam 24/7, even when the thermostat (Ecobee 3) is not calling for steam. I shut the HVAC off, and the 800 still was producing steam. I have the humidity set to 30% but it's all the way up to 60% now.
The user manual just says to shut the unit off and call someone.
Any troubleshooting ideas? My current EcoBee wiring looks like this:

With the exception of having an additional wire going into the "acc+" terminal. Also note: Despite the red wire going into the RH terminal, EcoBee shows/highlights the RC terminal as being connected...
I'm also using a fan relay that looks like this:

So, all else the same, I have an additional blue wire connected from the furnace control board that's wired to that relay...

Disconnect the J12-1 and J12-2 connections to see if it's in your control wiring or the humidifier itself.
Are you using a Fan Pack ?
If your wiring is ok then it may be a bad control board. they use relays that can become stuck on. Not an easy DIY service item. I believe that uses the 4981 control board.
