Aprilaire Humidistat 62: Is there an offset function

Installed an 800 steam unit. The humidistat is reading 6% too high. I tested it with 2 brand new hygrometers. The new hygrometers are reading exactly the same in various rooms, so I have a high degree of certainty that they are correct or close to correct. I don't see an offset function in the model 62 manual or any online references, OR, anyway to adjust the humidistat. I don't see any adjustment pods on the board.

thanks in advance for your thoughts.

Welcome to the forums.

I don't know of any offset adjustment.
If you know that the sensor is xx amount off..... just add or subtract that from set point.

Cheapo humidistats are notoriously off. Your 6% is better than most. I recommend living with it, and make slight mental adjustments to your settings.
