What basement dehumidifier to get?

Per some of my other posts:

Ideal/max RH for finished basement
Position of/ducting for Santa Fe dehumidifier
https://www.doityourself.com/forum/h...umidifier.html

I'm likely in need of a new basement dehumidifier. The unit would sit in the utility room, adjacent to the finished space, with ducts for both the intake and outtake (so that it would pull air in from the finished space and push the dry air back into the finished space). I have a condensate pump that I would use.

Finished space is just under 1,000 sf and can get as high as 70% RH (maybe more) at a somewhat constant 65 degrees. Utility room is about 300 sf (and warmer/drier than finished space due to furnace) but not sure that matters since the unit will be fully vented to the finished space.

I've come across these 3 products, all of which have both in/out venting kits which I think is necessary in this situation:
  1. https://www.santa-fe-products.com/product/advance-90/
  2. https://www.amazon.com/AlorAir-Dehum...dp/B07YSN7V1T/ (the non-ductable version has more, and better, ratings: https://www.amazon.com/AlorAir-Crawl.../dp/B01LW8WRUP)
  3. https://www.amazon.com/Aprilaire-183.../dp/B00ITE09ZA
Any thoughts on these companies/specific models? I believe the specs on all of them are adequate/more than adequate, but I'm not sure if a particular brand/feature is better than another...

Thank you very much!

Humidifier requirements vary. Here in suburban NY, a high humidity area set it at 60% tp avoid mold in large furnished basement..

With no place for window AC for very hot weather, installed $700 Chinese 9,000 BTU mini split AC heat pump.
Has worked great for 8 years at 50% lower price than others.

Thanks all, but I'm specifically interested in units such as those I posted above, where I can place it in utility room and then duct it into finished space. Friedrich would be great, they only make (I believe) traditional portable units that I would have to place in my finished space.

Also not interested in mini split at this time.
