Aprilaire 600 not working

My Aprilaire 600 humidifier installed in 2009 by a pro has decided to quit this year. Initially I assumed the solenoid was faulty so replaced but no change. I now tested the power leads with a multimeter and no power is getting through. I've looked at the humidistat and see LED lights work, digital display works but when I raise the humidity no clicking sound or water running in the chamber. When I push the dial to test, all I get is a green flashing light meaning the reset is complete. So does this mean I need a new humidistat? I'm in manual mode, no outside temperature gauge. Thanks

Welcome to the forums.

Somewhat of a rare humidistat. That is a 61000501 - Aprilaire 58.
The A58 has 10 terminals while most of the other models have 11 terminals.

You need to follow the four wire cable and tell me where those four wires are connected.

Aprilaire

Hi Pjmax, I never considered checking that.

So the red wire is connected to the R port in my furnace. The black and white go into the electrical connector which has a wire connected to the C port and the green wire is not connected and looks like it snapped.

Picture attached. Thanks for your help.

The wire connected to the electrical connector runs to my thermostat.

Connect the green wire to the H terminal.
The H terminal/green wire is what tells the humidifier to run.
