Hi everyone, So two weeks ago my roommate and I noticed a mouse scurrying under the stove whilst we were cooking, and freaked. Over the next few days, we saw more mice - one in the bathroom, one under the fridge, and another under the stove. We notified our landlord, and a week later the exterminator came, filled up holes, put down poison in the basement, etc. etc. Our house is now immaculate; our kitchen spotless, our food sealed, our dishes always dried and put away. But now I feel like there is a mouse around every corner. Is there any way to be sure that all the mice are gone, or at least, gone from my kitchen? Should I buy some traps just in case there are a few still around? If I don't see any more (and we've not seen any for the last few days) can we assume they've gone? If we keep everything clean, tidy and temptation-for-mice free, will they find someone else to bother? Any suggestions would be most appreciated. Byron.

Hello all, I live in MA. On my property I have standing water that stays around until early summer, then dries out. Not much I can do about that. its "protected", but it only is about 20 by 20 feet. So, question: what can I do to control the mosquito population and when should I start. Last year was the 1st year in the house and the mosquitos were terrible. I was thinking about throwing Mosquito Dunks into the water, and maybe a mosquito magnet. Long term I may try and attract bats with a bat house. The pool has a drain in it, I was wondering if I should use it to raise and lower the water to drown/dryout the larvae on the waters edge. Anything else I should try? When should I start my efforts. When do Mosquitos start to fly? TIA
