Rabbits feasting on my petunias and other
plants...I've caught them now, so I know it's them...LOL! Anything that will keep them away without hurting them (aside from fencing the plants in?)

Hi-
There's a recipe for a rabbit repellent here:
http://www.recipegoldmine.com/house/house203.html
I can't vouch for it personally but it might be worth a try.
There are some additional ideas here:
http://www.stretcher.com/stories/02/02jun10b.cfm
Concentrated plantings of aromatic plants such as lavender or marigolds may also keep them away.
How are the rabbits getting in? Is your yard fenced? Can you rabbit-proof the fence (if there is one)? If there is a fence, you may want to consider running a pair of electric fence lines at 2" and 4" height around the bottom of the fence around the border of the property to keep rabbits out of the yard altogether. Whether this is practical or not depends on the layout of your property, its size, your neighbours, if you have any pets, and if you have an existing fence.

liquid fence works better than most other products. keeps both the deer and rabbits out of the flower beds and the garden. not 100% but we get to eat some of the veggies look at the flowers. nothing short of a rabbit stew twice a day and that is not 110%.
