Fruit flies in the shower

i have what looks like fruit flies in the shower. they are black, with wings, and slow. i can slap them into nothing on the walls. the smaller ones are approx the diameter of pencil led, and the big ones are about 4mm wing-span.
i tried Raid, i tried spraying clorox after each shower, they still return. what gives?

Drain fly larvae are in the sewer. They are a big problem at sewage treatment plants. They feed on decomposing organic material in drains. There are enzyme digester drain cleaners that will digest organic material. There is also Drain Fly Eliminator which is like a gel that clings to walls of pipes and eliminates the flies.
