Bat(s?) in attic

Siding company left an attic window in a walk up attic open last summer, and bats got in. Thought at 1st that was just 1 or 2, found 2 dead already. Seeing bat droppings again though. Winder about options, use a screen hanging down the window, or any other option for a diy'er? The is 1 full size window on landing, and 4 small windows near the attic floor.

Unless there are baby bats in the belfrey, the adults usually go out to dinner in the evenings. You can take the netting up in such away that as soon as the bats exit, then drop the net so they can't get back in. Once you are sure the bats are gone, then seal the entries. Bats can slip through small gaps. Make sure windows seal properly and caulk any gaps around them. If you have louvered eave ventilation, make sure the interior is covered with screen wire and there are no gaps. Inspect around soffit and fascia for gaps and seal.
