House Fly Infestation in Basement

Ugh! We had a problem with a garbage can in our garage recently with house flies. We have cleaned the area and no longer have anything in the garage. However, we now have hundreds of them in the basement. It is SO GROSS. We have fly paper down there that seems to be trapping them by the hundreds, but every morning there are more of them down by the windows. We cleaned the basement, swept, poured bleach in the drains, sealed outside holes, etc. but I can't seem to get rid of them! I can't find anywhere obvious that they would be breeding. We have a few buzzing around the first floor also, but none upstairs.....

Any suggestions before I call pest control?!!
