Unusual Bugs Behind Baseboards Building Tunnels

I noticed brown material coming up my walls and I assumed it was fungus. I used bleach and tried to take care of it and that never fixed it. I noticed a few days later
that another structure was forming except this time it was a
Tunnel coming outward from the wall. I noticed a small bug inside the tunnel maybe building the tunnel and it appears it is made of dirt. I need help figuring out what this could be and how to take care of it.

The area most affected is an area where the baseboard is slightly away from the wall.

Good call lawrosa; subterranean termites. If you’re seeing them at the baseboard/drywall junction then they are well established in your structure. If you have a basement or crawl space, get down there and inspect the sill plates, header boards, floor joists in that area specifically, and then the rest of basement. Take a long screwdriver to use as a probe into the wood. Take a good light with you.
