Pest Control question

Hey guys,

I recently got Plasterboard decorations in my living room. Most likely, one of the boxes had some bugs in it, and our flat is now partly infested with them.

Does anybody know what type of bug this is? Slowly but surely, it is eating away at the plasterboard (an potentially something else).

Your location information is not filled in so we don't know where you are located. Since you said "flat" I assume you are not in the US or Canada. Knowing your location or at least which continent may help identifying your bug.

I can’t tell what it is. Can you get a close in shot? Otherwise, take the specimen to a county agricultural extension agent. They are trained and objective. Usually they can even send them away for better ID if needed. Here in PA our extension agent is a Penn State extension office.
