Bug identification

What is this ugly critter? I'm in Michigan.

That almost looks like a stinkbug. Pretty harmless. A good hider.
Stinks when you squish them.

Looks like a roach, Google roach ID.

Kind of resembles a tawny cockroach nymph (immature).

I think it is a cockroach nymph. Google “roach nymph images” and see what you think. I’m not good enough to come up with a specific roach specie as that is difficult with nymphal stages. Need an entomologist.

I'm thinking it a roach too. I've never seen one before, and just moved into my first house and found him hiding under a bag
