HELP! Are they flying black carpenter ants?
Today I just noticed many ants (hope not termite) were flying and crawling in my bathroom. I cannot figure out where is the nest. Please give some advice. Do I have to find a professional to deal with that?

Definitely an ant; not a termite. I'm doubting that it's a carpenter ant but can't be sure without closer up inspection.
What is underneath the bathroom? Crawl space, basement (finish/unfinished), slab, etc.
These could be pavement ants or a similar species that simply live in the ground and emerge for reproductive purposes which is the job of the winged ants/termites, except these are ants for sure.
