I see posting a link to a photo in my Google Photos account did not work. I got the photo saved to my hard drive and have now uploaded it to the forum. See below:

Your google photos are private unless you specify it's a public picture or share it.
Even then google can restrict picture viewing.

Definitely bagworms. If you decide to treat, I like the Active Ingredient: Bifenthrin Lower toxicity than the others and effective. Good for other uses in and on houses, structures, etc.
