What are these?
They’re about 4-5 mm with wings. Darn brown. Notified them the past few weeks in my garage, mainly around my attic entry. Looked in the attic, and see no issues. Thoughts? These aren’t termites are they?

Hard to tell. You would need a far better photo that shows more detail and zoom. St. Mark's fly or Fever fly maybe.

Definitely not termites. Not ants either. Some type of fly most likely but possibly a moth or beetle. In any case I don't see them as a problem. Since they're in the garage they are most likely coming in from outside. At this point I wouldn't be concerned.
