What insects are these?

These tiny insects appeared on the inside of my window in Arizona. They look like tiny ants but seem to be able to hop. They tend to appear in the mornings and it just started a few days ago. Never saw them before.

what are they and can I do anything besides spray them with raid?

Not a termite and I don't think it's an ant. Could be a "parasitic wasp"; they come in all sizes and many are passive except for the specific insects they target. Do a search and see what you think. You could also take the specimens to the local country agricultural agent. They will be familiar with what is local there as species can vary widely throughout regions. They will also be a source of objective information. I don't believe that these are harmful to people, pets or structures, whatever they turn out to be.
