sani-tred? Sealing cellar

Hi, Has anyone used sani-tred liquid rubber to waterproof a basement? Their website says it is the best thing in the universe, making me naturally a bit skeptical. I have an old (1840) house with a stone foundation that gets pretty moist. I am trying to find the best way to seal it, to prevent moisture from building up in the house.

thanks!
Peter

YES I just purchased back in Sept

I bought a house in June that was built in 1940.
It had major (3 to 4 inch wide) cracks in the foundation not to mention poorly poured concrete. In short every rain we had 6 inches to 2 ft of water.
I bought and applied Sanitred. Last rain not one drop of water came in.

This stuff is amazing. It's like rubber on inside of the basement walls.

I highly recommend Sani-Tred. Great stuff.
