condention on window glass

Hi:
I have two level of glass on my window. I have notice that on some of my window, there are water drops and on some window the outer side glass even has small film of icing. Can you help?

If your having condensation problems on some dual pane windows, check to see if the air vent holes are cleared. These holes or slots actually are located on the lower frame rail.

If these are cleared, then you may need to contact the window manufacturers local dealer for a service check. The inner window seal may be defective.

These dual pane window have a very long warranty against manufactors defects, so check your warranty.
