Recently moved into 30 y.o.house with a new addition off back. I remove an old wall to wall carpet and put down a self stick tile floor. Now i have notice the room gets extremely cold(colder than outside at times) The room rest on a cinder block foundation with no room to crawl under. Any suggestion on how to insulate the floor and still keep the tile look.

I think you know the answer don't you. Yes, it is take up the floor, and put insulation between your floor joists. Big time job.
I know of no other good and easy solution.

Good Luck
