I am getting ready to have a home built in north Florida. The home comes with a 1.5 car garage. Curently the garage will be finished but not insulated. Will insulating the garage effect the heating and cooling of the rest of the house (preferably lower bills) or should I just leave it uninsulated. [email protected]

It is up to you, but I would probably not insulate if you live in sunny, warm Florida.
It will not affect the rest of your house.
I live in 40 below zero country, and my garage is not even insulated. You just gave me a good idea. Send me your insulation.
Good Luck, and have a great day.
