Insulating Block Building

I have just purchased an above ground block building which I plan to frame out with 2x4's.
It was suggested to me by someone that I put a plastic vapor on both sides of the framing to prevent mold. Have you heard of this? Thanks for your help.

Assuming you are putting the wood walls inside the blocks, I would suggest only putting the wrap between the 2X4 walls and the concrete blocks. The wood will dry out over time and needs a place for the moisture to go.
