i have an old house built in 1920's, i just install new windows and insulated the crawl space. I still feel the cold air coming thru the walls, I don't want to blow insulation in the walls, due to having to spackle all the holes. Is there a product, which I can apply on top of the existing wall, w/out it being too thick?

I would suggest that you have the insulation blown into the walls. It will cut your utility bills by up to 50%, maybe more. That savings will but a LOT of spackle!!
