I just had a house built and the garage door they installed has no insulation in it. Can you reccomend an insulation that I can attach to the inside of the garage door to insulate it from brutal winter weather? I need something that will not affect the garage door opening and closing. Any suggestion you can give will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

You could glue sheets of foam insulation to the inside of the door.

If you had a house built, you chose the type of garage door, wheather you knew it or not.
You should have gotten an insulated one.
