Polyfoam insulation

Are there problems involved in using liquid foam insulation in an older home? What if I need to repair plumbing or wiring?

I usually recommend upgrading the wiring if foam is used. Plumbing is usually not on outside walls, however, in older homes you will find some. Even so, you could not snake out the plumbing, you would have to tear open the wall. The foam comes out quite easily.
