warehouse doors let in the cold!!

Hi all... I work in a warehouse in northern Idaho... Brrrrr it's cold.
My boss has asked me to research ways to better insulate the bottom of the door so the cold air can't find it's way in so easily..
Well...to tell the truth I am clueless... can anyone help???
The doors are side sliding.. I can't think what else to tell you. But I will answer any questions that I can.. Any and all ideas would be really helpful!!
Thanks

I would talk to the manufacturer to see if there is not some sort of seal for the bottom. Something akin to the bottom of a garage door seal.
