insulating floor of a 3 season room

I am having a 3 season room built soon. They will build a deck, then lay plywood sheeting for the floor, followed temporarily by carpeting then changed into a tile floor.

My question is, what is the best way to have the floor insulated? Should it be done between the deck and the plywood layers? Done from underneath the deck? And with what materials????

It's a 3 season room that will probably get used 4 seasons if I can keep the heat in and the cold out.

If you have read some of the previous posts concerning insulating floors, especially ones above crawl spaces, they have been given many different solutions. This is because there were different site conditions.

In your case, without knowing the site conditions like what is below the deck, crawl space or basement, dirt or cement floor, problems with mice or other critters, the most used application is fiberglass faced insulation installed below the deck.
