What are the benefits and disadvantages of the spray on insulation for a metal building destined to be a work shop?

The benefits to spraying on insulation on metal buildings is that it is easier, faster, 100% covered without any gaps and a higher R-value per inch than other types of insulation.

The disadvantages to spray in place insulation is that these types of insulation usually require some type of fire-proofing paint or similar material sprayed over the insulation, which adds costs to the installation. And the other is renovating a small section becomes difficult and more expensive than other types of insulation, like running some more electrical outlets and switches after the insulation is already installed. Planning is important before insulating because of this. Installing conduit in case of future needs is prudent.

i think, it will distroy the insulation, and in my opinion try some other technique like that of final tablets or injections.
