liguid crawl space vapor barrier

at the Boston Home Show a few months ago, there was a company that could pour in a vapor barrier (much like concrete would be) into an existing crawl space. we are presently tearing up the floor in our family room to replace the floor with tile. while we can't get down to put plastic on the dirt ground under the floor -- we suddenly remembered this exhibitor-- but we can't remember the name of the product.
Anyone remember seeing this??
any info welcome
????? could we just mix up some concrete and try to pour it in? would this work as a vapor/insect barrier??
Thanks

crawl way

No it will not work for you just the concrete there. If you are doing all of this .I have taken up the floor most of it and put a good 6 mil poly down on all of the ground and tape the seams good. Also put insulation up in the joist there on the sill plate all around the home. ED

crawl space/vapor barrier

thanks for your reply...unfortunately the crawl space is full of large rocks & chunks of cement--so covering with plastic is out of the question. my husband just put tons of insulation in....the wood joists looked brand new -- after 15 years...so hopefully it will work.
