Roofing and waterproofing

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could give me some insite on the valley`s on my roof. They have cracks and a couple small chunks of shingle are missing. I am selling the house and it had the inspection and the valleys dont leak, but the new people want them repaired. Do they make a roofing tar that is a tan color? Or is there another way without replacing the roof?

All I know of is black roof cement. You dont say how old the roof is. If some of the shingles are doing this now I think you have to go with a new roof now sorry. If you go into it now the rest of the shingles will do the same ED
