Insulation against heating ductwork?

Is it okay to have insulation touching the heating ductwork in my house? I'm about to insulate a wall with ductwork (it had no insulation before), and I want to be sure that's okay before I do it. Thanks...

Yes, you can install the insulation against the ductwork. Just make sure you tape and seams in the ductwork because you do not want duct leakage with insulation around it.
