insulation in enclosed walls

has anyone ever used Great Stuff (or similar product) in an enclosed wall? I've got some walls in an upstairs room I'd like to shoot the expanding foam into

Be very careful using expanding foam in an enclosed space. Shoot in too much (even the low expansion stuff) and you'll push the drywall away from the studs.

I would blow in loose insulation instead.

Id use the cellulose for in the walls that way as you can control it better than foam. But you do want to look out that can also blow the drywall or panel off the walls ED
