room too hot in summer!

I have a 10'x10' room that has a south-east(outside) wall and a wall backing a garage that I cant get to cool down. I have another room that backs the garage that is pretty warm also but not as bad, this room has an external wall that faces south-west. these rooms are at least 5-10 degrees warmer than the rest of the house. Is my heat problem coming from the garage walls or exterior walls? I know there is insulation between the garage and the rooms. This house is only 3 years old. How can I fix the problem so they cool with the rest of the house.

You dont say if the out side walls have insulation in them.
What about the attic over them are there vents up there in the attic. What did you do just tap into the AC you had for the rooms? Put shades on the windows.
