Insulation crawl space

My home was built in 1928 and has an open foundation. I really can't afford to close it in right now, and basically I like the look of the home sitting on brick pillars is there a way to insulate my cold heartpine floors?

If you think of the way you do an out side wall that is how we do and open crawl under a home . When its all open.
Put a R19 in the joist paper side to the floor. then find a cheap plywood or siding and nail it up on the bottom of the joist I would still put a 6 mil poly cover down on the ground there under the home.
