Blown Insulation into 1945 House.

I just finished drilling all the holes between the studs every 16". Then rented a blower from home depot and blew the insulation in. I drilled 2 1/8 inch holes into lap siding.

Any suggestions on repatching the drilled holes?

Thanks in advance.

I would put a screw in the middle of the plug from the hole for a handle. Putty the edges with siliconized acrylic latex caulk, insert it flush in the hole and let it dry. Once it is dry, touch up as needed with caulk or exterior spackle. Then prime and paint.

Hope this helps.
