Adding insulation in Crawl Space

The crawl space already has fiberglas insulation between the floor joist but the floor still seems cold. Any suggestions?

cold floors

Have you been in that crawl lately ? I see a lot of these spaces where the

insulation is rotted and hanging down. You should also have foundation

vents that can be closed in cold weather, a piece of insul. behind each vent

is also a good idea, just take them out when it warms up.

Is the attic properly insulated- R-30 or better? All the leaks around doors and windows sealed? The floor cannot be warm if there is a loss through the ceiling or leaks around the doors and windows to steal heat.
