Cool Below grade insulation installation

Hi guys/girls
I am moving on with my project and will hopefully be installing insulation later this week.
I will be installing the insulation in my 2x4 studded perimeter walls in my basement.
The walls are set 1 inside the cement block walls (which have been drylocked).
I plan on using kraft faced insulation so I can staple it to the studs and maintain my 1 air gap; the guy who is selling me the insulation says the paper is the vapor barrier.
My question is, should I also apply a plastic vapor barrier over that?

Just want to be sure before I hang sheetrock, the plastic is cheap enough, and would hate to find out after Im finished that I should have done it.

Being that the insulation is going in below grade, I need to make sure I do this right.

Your can install the plastic sheeting over the faced insulation. the plastic sheets may be a vapor barrier but its real purpose is to act as an air barrier.
