A heated or I like to call it a "conditioned" crawl space will be just that and if there is a return and supply then mold should never be an issue and in the winter your floors will be toasty.

In an un-condition crawl space if sealed up properly mold will not be an issue either yet your floors wont be quite as toasty in the winter. But it wont be bad.

So your saying a heated CS is one that is insulated between the joist/perimeter and a vapor barrier installed?
