carport/concrete vapor barrier?

Hi neighbors
Enclosing my carport, has 3 sides already enclosed, 1 open side, roof over all.
the carport has a concrete floor/drive with a 2" slope, which we will be framing wood floor joists on the concrete.
this carport has been dry(except for occasional rain blowing in) for 35 years.
wonder if i should place a vapor barrier over the concrete, between concrete and floor joists?
if so, what type vapor barrier, plastic or felt roofing ?
thanks

if it were mine i would put a plastic vapor barrier down and also use treated lumber for the floor joists or at least put some treated lumber between the concrete and joists
