Insulating heat ducts

I have heat ducts that run thru a cold crawl-space. What is the best way to insulate these?

Its easier and "proper" to wrap the ducts in the 2" stuff but it isn't easy once its up. Depending on how much space you have between the floor and the duct, you might be able to surround the ducts with fiberglass batts.
