tape for XPS
What is the best tape to use to to seal seams in XPS boards for basement insulation?

I've always used the same tape that you normally use on housewrap. There are many brands, Tyvek's contractor tape is the one I most commonly have, but I don't know that it's "the best".
Dow makes their own brand of tape for their styrofoam products that is a little wider.
