Furnce vent/exaust through attic vapor barrier

I'm installing a furnace (high efficiency) and two 2" pipes must enter my attic. This means a hole in the vapor barrier.

What should I use to seal around the pipe? The pipe is rated to 65C / 150F, but would likely be much lower for day to day operation. Would some good old spray foam do the trick?

Thanks
John
