After extending a water pipe line through block, I now need to plug around the hole I made to fit the pipe through and reseal the foundation wall from daylight.
What should I be using to seal in my water pipe through that one foundation block?

I would buy a can of insulation in a can. Owens Corning(pink panther on the can) is a good one. Squirt it in from both sides. It will expand and seal the hole. Make sure you shake it up good.

Jack's idea is a nice fix. One small note, make sure after the foam cures cut back flush with the wall using a hacksaw blade the insulation which expanded out. Then make sure to paint the foam insulation. UV rays will quickly break down the foam if it is not protected against sunlight.
