insulate under roof on porch

I have a 3 season porch which I'd like to insulate more fully. The porch roof is a shed roof attached to the rear of the house. It has exposed ceiling rafters. I'd like to insulate between the roof rafters then sheet-rock over the roof rafters. How do I best accomplish that and not cause moisture buildup between the roof sheathing and the insulation?

Not sure...but I would think 2" (or thicker) styrofoam would be the best bet. The isocyana-something (lol) is also very efficient. Shouldn't allow moisture unless the roof leaks.

No expert...just a thought...
