Installing Styrofoam over existing Fiberglass insulation

I own an old house 1940ís and in the upstairs room walls are the attic walls, the existing interior walls are have a vapor barrier towards the inside and have fiberglass insulation facing the outer walls on the north side and on the soth side the exterior wall is insulated and has the vapor barrier faceing the interior of the building. The floor has wood chip insulation all around.

I am going to blow in new fiberglass on the floor but I would also like to make the R value of the walls greater, can I glue Styrofoam to the existing installation on the walls.

Yes, though I would use XPS rather than EPS as it will absorb less moisture coming from the house. Tape the seams or use furnace mastic/fiberglass tape. Cover with drywall.
