Radiant barrier (should I) ????

I came across this item. . it covers the attic ceiling. Doesn't that prevent air from getting to the ceiling of the attic and not allow it to breath therefore promoting mold??

If you search the forum this topic has been beaten to death. Bottom line, the only areas that should consider a radiant barrier are in the deep south with a very hot climate and ducts and ac equipment in the attic. In all other locations, lots of insulation and very good air sealing are a proven solution.
